 Binder Deposit(s) in the form of a Cashier’s Check made payable to:BEN CAMPEN, AUCTIONEER, is required:

            $25,000. to bid on real estate

            $15,000. to bid on Inventory

            $10,000. to bid on Furnishings/equipment

         * $50,000. to bid on entirety

Balance of the purchase price is due as follows

Real Estate: The balance of 10% of the bid on the real estate is due by 4 pm day

                     on day of auction. Remaining balance due at closing, Feb. 13, 2007

* To extend the closing until March 13th, Buyer must pay an additional      10% of the real estate purchase price by Feb. 9th.

             

Inventory: Balance due immediately after being declared highest bidder
