A Binder Deposit of $15,000 Cashier's Check is required to be presented at the auction in order to obtain a Buyer’s Number and to bid on this property. The check must be made payable to Ben Campen Auctioneers. It will be promptly returned to you at the auction, upon your request, should you not be the buyer. The Balance of the purchase price is due at closing on June 19th, 2007 at 10:00am.
