The large laundry room is conveniently located right off the Master bedroom which opens into the beautiful back yard.

A lot of love went into restoring this home. There is still plenty you could do to improve and enhance this house but it is perfectly move-in ready now!

When Campen Auctions is contracted to sell a property at auction, we do not conduct an investigative history regarding all previous owners of the property. We have our attorney perform a title search to insure that the current owner is able to convey good legal title to the property. This property has good title.  We do not get involved in past activities that may have happened many years ago with a previous owner.

Our contract is to auction the property, in it's current "as is" condition.  The current owner has had much renovation completed and has rented the home to various people with no known issues.  This home is being sold as a result of a divorce settlement.

After listing this Auction, it was brought to our attention that this home has an interesting history.

Built in 1900, we understand this historic home was owned within one family for many years. In 1983, it became known as The House of Prayer until 1995. For more info on this era of the home’s history you can read this recent article from The Gainesville Sun. Although there is a storied past from over 25 years ago, a beautiful restoration has taken place to return it to its original peaceful place. This property is ready for someone to take it all the way and finish the project. Come to the Auction and place your bid to own this famous house with a very unique history.

Come see for yourself how charming this house has become.  We will have an Open House on Tuesday, Feb. 11th, (two times) from 11AM to 2PM and  from 4PM to 6PM, and another on Saturday, Feb. 22nd from 11AM to 3PM. Be sure not to miss Auction day, Saturday, Feb. 29th at 11AM, on site.
