 TERMS & CONDITIONS

CASH OR CASHIERS CHECK – If payment is made by cash or cashiers check, a $300.00 cash deposit will be required for each car, truck, motorhome, boat, trailer or titled property at the time it is sold. Balance must be paid by end of Auction.

PERSONAL OR COMPANY CHECK – Personal or company checks will be accepted only if a CURRENT BANK LETTER GUARANTEEING the amount of the check is provided at registration. Persons submitting a bank letter will not be required to make cash deposits, however, full settlement must be made by end of Auction.  Bank Letter of Guarantee must be an original, on bank letterhead and signed by bank officer and say “To Ben Campen Auctioneers, This letter will guarantee payment of any check written by_________________ (your name) on Account #________________and payable to Ben Campen Auctioneers. This guarantee is good for any amount up to ($___________) and is good from this date until September 12th, 2006.”
