From our understanding, the iconic Gainesville establishment, Napolitano’s Restaurant, closed due to owners health at the end of 2019 as a restaurant. Operations were continued for a short time after that for catering business. All equipment and contents being sold have been sitting in the building since then for a number of years. Everything is being sold, AS-IS, where-is with no warranty of any kind.
